Motorcycle Safety Course Waiver & Indemnification

ENROLLMENT IN THIS COURSE IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION.

Motorcycle riding is a fun but challenging activity. While great physical strength is not
required, a good sense of balance and coordination is a must. A small percentage of students
may not be able to complete their class due to balance and/or coordination difficulties.
For the protection of the other participants, the instructor may, at his discretion, suspend a
student from riding activities. Reasons for suspension will include (but are not limited to):
inability or refusal to follow instructions and/or safety regulations, dropping a motorcycle two or
more times, physical or mental impairment. A student who has been suspended from riding
must be dismissed from the class and is not permitted to continue with any remaining classroom
units. There are no refunds for this particular circumstance. However, reassignment to a later
class will be considered on a case-by-case basis. It is the intent of Aroostook County
Motorcycle Rider Education to provide a controlled and safe, learning environment for everyone.
